- How safe is my payment?
- You can be completely confident when you place an order with You Did It. Our secure server encrypts your credit/debit card information, ensuring that your internet transaction is private and protected. We will not debit money from your credit/debit card until just before your item is despatched. On the date of despatch we will send you an email message confirming the details of despatch.
- What are the payment options?
- We accept the following:- Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Solo.
- How do I place an order?
- Check on the item of interest and follow the step by step instructions.
- How long will delivery be?
- Our products are all personalised, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
- What is the cost of delivery?
- Delivery charges vary depending on the weight of the product. The charge is shown when you place an item in the shopping basket. If you order 4 items or more the delivery charge is £10 only.
- Can I place an order from outside the UK?
- Currently we are only able to deliver to addresses within the UK. However if you are interested in our products and live overseas, please email us at info@youdidit.co.uk.
- Where do the delivery charges apply?
- The delivery charges quoted are for delivery to UK addresses only.
- Do you accept any other currency than sterling?
- Prices quoted are in sterling. We do not accept any other currency.
- Can I check on the status of my order?
- You can check on the status of your order from the Order Tracking link on the website. On the date of despatch we will send you an email message confirming the details.
- How do I contact you?
- We prefer to communicate via email and endeavour to give a 24 hour response to emails we receive. However if you feel you need to talk to somebody in person please email us your telephone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- What type of image can I send?
- jpeg or bitmap (minimum resolution 300 dpi). Any less than this will affect the quality of image we reproduce on your personalised product.
- How do I send the image?
- Just follow the simple on-line instructions to upload your image when placing an order.
- Can I send photographs?
- Yes. Send to PO Box 159, Wirral, CH31 9AW. Remember to include the following details: order number, your name and address. Please allow a few days extra for the delivery of your order to allow for the postage period. The photo will be returned to you on completion of order and will be sent separately from the product.
- Can I cancel an order?
- Yes by email but only within 48 hours of placing an order, quoting name and order number.
- Can I return goods?
- Because the products are personalised they can not be resold and therefore regretfully we are unable to accept returned goods. Your statutory rights apply.
- Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
- You obviously want to protect the unique aspect of the mug and we therefore suggest that this is best done by washing by hand.
