Validity
These terms of trade govern the sale and supply of goods to you by You Did It. You Did It may amend these terms from time to time. You shall be notified of any amendments by a notice on the You Did It web site.

You Did It's Contract with You
No contract shall exist between you and You Did It until You Did It has sent you an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. You Did It is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods or the order, appearing on the You Did It web site or for unavailability (see 4. below).

Accuracy of information supplied by you to You Did It
Please note that You Did It shall not be held responsible for any inaccurate information provided to them by you whether it is the spelling of names and events or details of the achievement. The information received shall be taken in good faith. There will be no attempt to check on the validity of the achievement and You Did It shall not be held responsible for any invalid statements.

Pricing and Availability
The prices and availability of the goods are specified on the You Did It site. Such information is subject to change without notice. Each price, as displayed, is inclusive of VAT (at the standard UK rate). There is an additional charge for delivery which is indicated when you place an item in the shopping basket. Details of delivery charges for multiple orders can be found in the FAQ section.

Product Descriptions
You Did It try to ensure that all product descriptions are accurate. However on occasions product specifications from our suppliers may change. In such instances You Did It will endeavour to offer you as close an alternative as possible. All sizes and dimensions are approximate.

Delivery of Goods
You Did It shall deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address which you supply. All delivery times quoted on the You Did It site are estimates only, based on availability and normal processing and delivery time. You Did It may deliver items in an order separately. Your credit card will be debited on despatch of your order.

You Did It Returns Policy
Because all of the You Did It products are personalized they can not be resold and therefore regretfully You Did It are unable to accept returned goods unless they are damaged or faulty. If you order personalized items from You Did It you accept that the distance selling regulations do not apply.
Orders can be cancelled if You Did It are advised by you via email within 48 hours of placing an order, quoting name and order number.

EU VAT
You Did It is required to collect VAT at the relevant rate for orders being dispatched outside the UK. If VAT rates in the country of the destination of your order differ from those in the UK, the VAT will be recalculated and included in the product prices shown on the Order Summary page.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between you and You Did It shall be governed by English Law and all disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
